- Assignment 1 is a search assignment using Dialog. The assignment may be downloaded here when the course is in session. Help session is on Feb 4, 4 - 5 pm, in Rm 417.
- Assignment 2 [updated Feb 8, 2010] is a search assignment that uses two search services to retrieve information based on a client and search scenario.
- Assignment 3 is a group project that develops an online searching application.

Summit Scholarship honours the founder of Dialog for his contributions to the field of information science. The US$5000 award is made to a graduate student in library and information science in North America who has demonstrated exemplary interest or performance in electronic information services.
